- Change Analyst
- will be responsible for executing change management strategies and plans to enable the success of projects and other strategic initiatives and initiate, influence, and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks, and address complex issues to support change.
- Key responsibilities of this role are
- Assists with creating a tailored set of change management artefacts and plans for moving people forward for each project and other strategic initiatives.
- Capture communication, change and training requirements and write, plan and execute plans and materials.
- Increase the success of change initiatives by capturing, analysing and reporting on feedback and compliance to determine how well change management is working in the organisation.
- Support, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and resistance, and address complex issues to support change.

- About You
To be successful in this role you will possess :
- 3+ years' experience as an ICT Change Analyst or related roles
- Bachelor's Degree in in Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field (highly regarded)
- Change Management certification (highly regarded)
- Experience in change management and engagement activities within a project environment.
- Experience working in a project environment with demonstrated knowledge of change and / or project management methodologies, such as Prosci, CMBOK, AGILE, PRINCE2 or PMBoK etc.
- Experience building consensus for change across all functional areas within a business.
- Experience executing strategic plans, planning and the delivery of both internal and external engagement and change campaigns.
