An experienced Change Manager is required to work closely with the Digital Platform Managers and Delivery Leads to support the transformation of Digital Divisions Delivery Framework from a traditional waterfall portfolio governance model to a revised model that is more enabling of Agile delivery methodologies. The Change Manager will be accountable to, prepare and deliver necessary development and readiness material, ensuring effective and efficient transition to the new processes, systems, workflows and documents.
- Technical Requirements
- Develop and manage the detailed change plan / schedule as an integrated part of the project plan;
- Deliver all elements of the stakeholder analysis, change and training needs analysis and planning, communications;
- Develop a business readiness action plan that addresses the identified impacts and delivers outcomes for the initiative;
- Assess and determine business and implementation readiness at various stages of the project lifecycle;
- Collaborate with Sponsors and other business stakeholders to effectively identify, prioritise and manage change impacts and to ensure the right engagement is occurring to support readiness objectives;
Work with Platform and Program Managers to proactively identify and own change related risks and prepare mitigation plans for them; and
Prepare the reporting of change management activities summary for the Project Executive Steering committee and other audiences.
To ensure a consistent and seamless change experienceCoordinate the delivery of the identified change and readiness activities;Ensure that the holistic view of change exists for lifespan of the project;Drive and support the development of change artefacts to support the project release / s;Collaborate effectively managing information and confidentiality requirements in accordance with applicable ring-fencing parameters;Demonstrate a personal commitment to health, safety and environment and support a diverse and inclusive workplace; and
Compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures and practices.
Essential CriteriaDegree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, or practitioner certification in a recognised change management framework with 5+ years' experience leading organisational changes in large complex organisations;Extensive experience building relationships, influencing, coaching and facilitating constructive conversations;Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders;Experience working effectively with internal and external resources (including vendors);Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically, to develop practical, integrated and sustainable change plans; and
High level presentation and communication skills, including written and verbal, to a wide and diverse target audience.
Desirable CriteriaExperience managing organisational changes delivered using Agile approach.
