• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training sessions and workshops in hospitality management, customer service, and operational skills.
• Assess and evaluate learner progress and competency in various hospitality modules.
• Develop and update curriculum materials to meet industry needs and regulatory standards.
• Provide mentorship and support to learners, ensuring a high standard of education and training.
• Collaborate with industry partners to enhance training relevance and effectiveness.
• Requirements
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a training and assessment role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective training strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
