Key responsibilities - Customer Success AdvisorIn this Customer Success Advisor job, you can expect the following tasks, but not limited to : _Building, retaining & growing the customer baseDeveloping relationships between the customer & support teamOnboarding new customersMaintaining long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of customersConducting virtual / on-site business reviews with clientsIdentify product improvements from customer feedback, industry trends, competitors etcLots of opportunities to travel (COVID permitted) interstate and more!This client-focused role allows you to deep dive into the product and build relationships with its customers. It allows you to lay the foundation to support a career path in any department (e.g. operations, sales etc)
