Day to day will see you |

• Drive the standards and image of the brand through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance and staff presentation
• Manage and inspire Fashion advisors by being a role model
• Mentor, coach and actively participate in their professional development
• Set up effective communication channels within the team to foster open communication
• Build a client-centric boutique team that emphasizes client engagement and experience
• Support your team members' personal growth and well-being
• Translate goals into actions
• Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning and the targeting of new customer markets
• Proven track record of effectively managing a larger team around 15
• Strong retail operational skills with at least 5 years in a management role
• Understanding the brand values and direction
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Outstanding planning and organizing skills
