We're a start-up (let's be upfront about that) and we're on the lookout for a tech-curious Solution Implementation Specialist to join our team.

What You'll Actually Be Doing. This role is about hands-on configuration, customer problem-solving, and being a voice in how our product evolves.

Some of what you'll be doing :

Right now, we're helping a major customer document their existing solutions —that's step one. You'll work with our team to unpack and document how their current systems and processes work. Then help translate that into configurations using our (still-evolving) platform to bring it all to life. Test early versions of our platform by building real-world solutions. Configuring workflows, forms, business rules, and smart logic to reflect customer needs. Identify issues, suggest improvements, and work directly with our product team. Support reseller partners and customers with configuration know-how. Wear multiple hats - as start-up life tends to require. Who You Might Be. You might be early in your career. You might be self-taught. You might have left a degree behind or been the unofficial "IT fixer" at your last job. You may even have experience rolling out software or configuring solutions for customers already. If you are any of these and would like to get in early and grow with a company - you'll thrive here.

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience with any of the following : :

Low-code / no-code tools. Relational Databases (SQL / Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL / etc.). General experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS).
