Senior Technical Itsm Specialists

OurPrestigiousClient is seeking a Senior Technical ITSM Specialist for their team in Canberra. This is a contract role initially for 12 months with potential extension options . The position is located at our client's Canberra (ACT) office with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days per week on-site in Canberra) .

Skills required : Phase A skills : ITSM, ITAM, ESM, UCMDB (Universal Configuration Management Database), & Octane Apps (likely referring to the integration between OpenText's ALM Octane and Service Management Automation X (SMAX)). Phase B skills : VIM (SAP integration), NetIQ, & Identity Manager. Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must be Australian citizens with an active Baseline security clearance (NV1 preferred) .
