• ITSM / ServiceNow Specialist
• to work on a digital uplift capability. You will be undertaking reviews as well as an uplift of maturity and consolidation of IT service Management. The role can be based in
• Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne
• with flexible working arrangements available. The successful
• ITSM / ServiceNow Specialist
• will be offered an
• 18 month contract
• with a 12 month
• extension option.

The successful

• ITSM / ServiceNow Specialist
• will be responsible for, but not limited to :
• Enhancing ITSM practices to improve service experience, responsiveness and issue resolution
• Finding ways to better utilise the current ServiceNow ITSM product
• Enhancing integration with existing ICT delivery practices including DevOps and Agile
• Doing Change Management to facilitate implementation and minimise disruption to ongoing delivery streams

The successful

• ITSM / ServiceNow Specialist
• will have experience in the following :
• Demonstrated experience maturing ITSM practices utilising the ITIL framework
• Experience maturing ITSM policies and practices
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow product suite
• Experience integrating ITSM practices with DevOps and Agile delivery framework
