We are looking to appoint a
Total Rewards and Organisational Capability Leadat Minor Hotels for Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development or Total Rewards Specialist to expand their expertise and aspire to progress into a senior leadership position.Total Rewards Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the design, governance and administration for compensation and reward programsManage the benefit platform, including reporting, and tracking of platform metrics to ensure ROIProvide comprehensive and pragmatic advice in compensation packages, benefit policies, practices and programmesGuide HR Partners and leaders on policy and guideline interpretation and pay decisions.Assess the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are industry competitive, cost-effective, and consistent with the group's strategic prioritiesManage compensation surveys, research market competitive practices, and recommend new programs or enhancements based on cost / benefit analysisOrganisational Capability Key ResponsibilitiesLead the L&D team in the development, delivery, and evaluation of L&D programmesOversee communication and engagement initiatives and projectsPartner with senior stakeholders to identify development needs and address any discrepancies between training and performanceKeep abreast of emerging trends and practices to ensure the programmes and interventions offered are innovative and relevantQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will require the following5 years' experience working in a similar roleExperience in the hospitality industry would be highly regardedExperience in managing and working with diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in project and change managementAbility to work on multiple projects and priorities at the same timeAnalytical mindset, with the ability to extract insight from data & explain these to audiences simply and succinctlyAdditional Information
