Job descriptionObjectiveKey AccountabilitiesSupport the establishment, co-ordination and implementation of internal recruitment activities including systems, processes, and management of recruitment inbox.Assist in the coordination of recruitment marketing campaigns.Work closely with the Executive Director, Recruitment and the Practice Leads to provide recruitment support, and assist with meeting resource requirements for current and future engagements.Assist the Executive Director with Day 1 onboarding of new Synergites.Obtain and record interview outcomes.Complete ad hoc administration tasks as directed.Continuously improve effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes.Become familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process.Work as a team member across the wider Corporate Services area and provide support as needed.CompetenciesDemonstrated 'can do' positive attitude with an ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships.A high proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other corporate systems.A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.A strong customer service mindset.Good social and relationship skills.Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills and experience.A willingness to learn and develop new skills.Your Synergy career starts hereHave a question?
