Anglicare NSW South, NSW West & ACT seeks a proactive and experienced Recruitment Partner (Early Childhood) to lead and support recruitment across our Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services.
This full-time, ongoing role is your opportunity to work closely with ECEC Directors, recruiting managers, and supervisors to attract and engage exceptional talent that supports the growth and success of our early learning programs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with ECEC Directors and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and lead recruitment planning
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, and initial screening
- Liaise with external providers for recruitment advertising and personality / behavioural assessments
- Contribute to the development of position descriptions and job advertisements
- Review and update recruitment policies and procedures to reflect best practices
- Use online platforms and professional networks to attract talent and promote Anglicare's brand
- Maintain recruitment data and HRIS / ATS systems, and produce quarterly workforce and recruitment reports
- Participate in selection panels and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates when required
- Support recruitment events and initiatives representing ECEC and Anglicare
What You Bring
A bachelor's degree in HR or Business, or a Certificate IV / Diploma with equivalent experienceDemonstrated recruitment experience, ideally in a dynamic, multi-site environmentKnowledge of interpreting awards and industrial instrumentsStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with HRIS / ATS and digital systemsHigh levels of emotional intelligence, initiative, and enthusiasmWhy Join Anglicare?
