We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join this dynamic Federal department agency. As the Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Assistant Director, Recruitment in managing the engagement of labour hire personnel through established arrangements. You will provide expert advice, guidance, and assistance on matters related to contract management, compliance with relevant regulations, and public service recruitment.

- Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate advice on recruitment and selection activities
- Manage onboarding processes to achieve timely commencements
- Maintain existing recruitment labour hire arrangements with service providers
- Monitor, advise, and update compliance with contractual obligations, leading revisions to existing contracts.
- Engage with key contacts across the agency to ensure effective communication and consistency in the management of labour hire arrangements.
- Perform additional duties or assume new responsibilities as directed by management.
- Key Criteria
- Proven experience in APS recruitment, with the ability to handle moderately complex to complex and sensitive matters.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive effective communication and foster relationships with key contacts.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate within legislative frameworks and established procedures.
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on additional responsibilities as required.
