Recruitment Consultant

IITS Consulting is looking for a Recruitment Consultant - ICT & Government Sector.

IITS Consulting is a Canberra-based recruitment agency specialising in ICT workforce solutions for government and private clients. We work with leading agencies including Services Australia, DEWR, Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission, and other agencies. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

• Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across ICT roles. You'll work closely with federal government departments, develop talent pipelines, and match top-tier professionals with impactful projects in Australia's public sector.

Responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant will include, but are not limited to :

1-3 years' experience in recruitment (agency or internal)

Exposure to ICT or technical recruitment (preferred)

Familiarity with government procurement and recruitment processes (desirable)

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously

Contract or permanent opportunities

Location : Canberra

Flexible work arrangements.

Contract length : 24 months

Pay : $65,055.23 - $139,707.42 per year

Work Location : Hybrid remote in Canberra, ACT 2601

Expected Start Date : 01 / 07 / 2025
