Role DescriptionThis role is a part time position for an Office Manager with 1-2 years experience at that level or a Senior Project Administrator to step up and take on the office manager responsibilities in addition to the PA requirements and oversee and manage the daily administrative operations based in the Perth CBD.
Responsibilities Office administration and management duties Coordination of project administration and doc control Human Resources and administration assistance Management of external consultants for projects Special Projects – various corporate projects and systems implementation Marketing and promotion of the business Supporting Director and team on all administration requirements and having involvement in office decisions ?Qualifications Business administration TAFE or equivalent, desired but not necessary Experience A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, in the Mining or Consulting Engineers industry would be desirable Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, SharePoint, Word, Outlook Benefits Remuneration will be based on applicable experience and expertise Working in a small office with direct access to the owners Located in the heart of the city, offering a family friendly environment with access to public transport only minutes away If you are energetic, self-motivated, highly organised and a team player, this is a perfect opportunity to join a company on the UP!
