About the Role
Support the Head of Performance, Finance with all analysis and reporting, as well as supporting the management of relationships with key stakeholders across the business. Identify and deliver process improvement in reporting and analysis of performance.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Performance Analysis Specialist / Performance Analyst you will :
Support the Head of Performance by working autonomously and producing high quality analysis on reporting on performance to enable better decision making.Provide accurate information and assistance in reporting on performance and drawing key insights on performanceUnderstand and be able to explain icare’s key performance indicators across Schemes and icare.Work with the key stakeholders to obtain information on key issues and trends relating to performance.Understand and be able to explain key drivers of performance.Bespoke analytics and interrogation of performance and drivers of performance as required.Identify gaps and overlaps in project initiatives targeting performance.Skills & Experience
Relevant degree qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant, data scientist, actuarial qualificationExperience in performance reporting across a large organisation – ideally insurance or financial servicesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication – written and verbalStrong analytics background – ideally in finance environmentAbility work with senior executives to provide reporting or documentationsCulture
