How you'll make an impact

As an Investment Performance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving superior oues for AMP's superannuation members by deliveringprehensive insights that shape investment decisions. You'll transformplex data into actionable intelligence, working closely with investment teams to analyse performance drivers and risk exposures that directly influence fund success. Your analytical expertise will extend across the organization, collaborating with marketing, distribution, and investor services teams to provide the analytics foundation that supports strategic decision-making. Through proactive identification of operational risks and continuous enhancement of processes and controls, you'll contribute to building a more robust and efficient investment platform that serves our members' long-term financial wellbeing.

What you will bring to the role

Your success in this position will be built on a strong educational foundation inmerce, Finance, Economics, or Data Science,plemented by at least two years of hands-on experience in financial services. You'll bring a solid understanding of financial markets and asset class characteristics, along with foundational knowledge of investment performance measurement frameworks. Your technical toolkit will include proficiency in data extraction and manipulation tools such as SQL and VBA, with experience in data visualization platforms being highly valued. Most importantly, you'll demonstrate a problem-solving mindset coupled with intellectual curiosity, enabling you to adapt quickly to evolving requirements while maintaining the attention to detail andmunication skills essential for translatingplex analytical insights into clear, actionable rmendations for diverse stakeholders.
