Job descriptionResponsibilities Conduct comprehensive analysis of private debt and real estate credit investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment. Perform due diligence on potential investments, including industry research, company analysis, and evaluation of relevant market trends. Prepare investment memos and presentations to support investment recommendations and communicate findings to the investment team and senior management. Monitor and track existing investments, assessing performance, identifying potential risks, and recommending appropriate actions. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments that may impact investment strategies. Collaborate with portfolio managers, research teams, and other stakeholders to ensure investment decisions align with the firm's objectives. Continuously improve investment processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques. Demonstrated experience in conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities. Proficiency in using financial research databases, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed investment recommendations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present investment findings and recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
