We are seeking a dynamic and experienced client-facing Investment Analytics (IA) Specialist to work in our regional IA team based in Location. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Investment Analytics is a specialized service that provides in-depth analysis of investment data, mandate guidelines, market trends, and performance metrics. By leveraging advanced techniques, we support portfolio management decision-making and help clients meet their reporting obligations to investors and regulators. This includes assessing risk, return, asset allocation, market conditions, and compliance with investment mandates.

Our team of subject matter experts offers comprehensive support across Performance, Attribution, Risk, and Mandate Compliance, empowering clients to make informed investment decisions, manage risk effectively, and maintain transparency. Working closely with our operational hubs, we ensure a seamless client experience with strong governance and oversight.

What you will be responsible for :

As an IA Specialist you will be required to :

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients
• Understand your client’s IA requirements and what they value
• Build trusted relationships using proactive communication and expectation management
• Provide strong governance and client support via our Client Service Process (CSP)
• Work closely with internal teams (Operations & Product) to ensure client needs are met
• Provide feedback to product development team based on client interactions and experiences
• Deliver value to our clients through insights and consulting on value-add solutions
• Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications
• Build and communicate your knowledge of the local market
