This position is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and ongoing review of policies and procedures to effectively support the functions of the Capability Group. The Manager Continuous Improvement will address knowledge management requirements in alignment with the Capability Group Senior Leadership Team objectives and priorities.
You have a proven track record in leading the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across a large and complex organisation. You possess up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in knowledge management, especially in dynamic and evolving environments.
As a strategic thinker with a technical mindset, you communicate effectively with your team to drive goal achievement, offering support to ensure tasks are completed on time, even under tight deadlines.
You are skilled at evaluating complex and sensitive issues, conducting thorough analysis of alternative options, and understanding their potential impact on achieving organisational objectives and long-term strategies.
