Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Lead, the Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of improved end-to-end processes, systems and services from sales through to production. They are responsible for the analysis, delivery and performance against plans for work submitted through to the continuous improvement function workflow and the ongoing development roadmap of our key technology platforms including CRM, booking and fulfillment platforms.
You will work across multiple business stakeholders, clients and commercial partners to remove process complexity and waste, identify constraints and implement initiatives for remediation, root cause analysis and problem rectification. Drive a streamline workflow approach, and optimise, simplify and improve process efficiency to increase operational performance by increasing productivity, revenues and reducing costs, whilst delivering a continuously improving customer satisfaction and business quality outcome.
Critical to the success of this position is a person who can not only be a part of a team as either a lead, member and continuous improvement expert, but motivate and build relationships across all levels of the organisation, from the frontline through to senior leadership, and our commercial partners. As a member of the Client Operations Continuous Improvement Team you will also be responsible for supporting key projects that will contribute to the overall success of the broader business. An ability to routinely self diagnose opportunity, problem identify, verify, plan, drive outcomes against plans, communicate, coach, guide, motivate and direct others is pinnacle to the long term success of the continuous improvement function within News Corp Australia.
