Job descriptionLandscape Manager is required for a well established and successful supplier of synthetic grass solutions to the Canberra market. Landscape Manager - Position Overview Leading and directing the site team Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site Preparing and writing risk assessments and method statements Attending meetings with the client & site team Ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget Ensuring work being carried out is being completed to a high standard Landscape Manager - Position Requirements Appropriate experience in a similar position or are looking to make a step up. 10+ years experience in the sector with detailed knowledge of the synthetic grass industry Experience spent at least a few years 'on the tools' Ability to motivate works teams Strong verbal and written communication A keen eye for detail and a willingness to assert themselves to ensure high standards are maintained. Commercial experience with the ability to price their own works streams and manage any change events during works.
