• As a Personal Care Worker (PCW) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by :
• Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
• Providing personal care assistance with daily living
• Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
• Building relationships with our residents and visitors
• Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
• Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
• A team player who enjoys having FUN at work

• We offer a rate above awards with a base pay range of
• 37.70 to $39.00
• per hour plus penalty rates _(afternoon, night, weekends, and public holidays)_, superannuation, and employee benefits.

• Pay rate is according to Qualifications
• What we need from you :
• Certificate III in Aged Care or any equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• COVID-19 vaccinations with Booster
• Current Flu Shot
• Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience - preferred.
• Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert, VEVO etc.)
• 8 hour shift
