The Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) plays a vital leadership role in the governance and ongoing development of Australia’s national electronic conveyancing framework. Constituted by an Intergovernmental Agreement among State and Territory Governments, ARNECC comprises the Land Titles Registrars (or their nominees) from each jurisdiction and is responsible for overseeing the regulatory framework enabled by the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (ECNL).
