• Your Role as an Administration Officer - Customer Service

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding front-of-house customer service. Your duties will include managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks to support the customer service team.

• Skills and Experience We're Looking For

If you have experience in a busy customer service environment, possess excellent communication skills, and can work effectively under pressure, we want to hear from you

• Proven experience in customer service / reception
• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Interview date
• Interviews will be facilitated on Monday 16th September 2024 & Tuesday 17th September 2024.
• Hourly Rate
• 35.95 gross per hour plus 11.5% superannuation.
• Hours of work
• Casual shifts available over 7 day spread
• 5 : 00am - 9 : 00pm to support the operational needs of the Leisure Centres.
