Job descriptionLead and mentor a small finance operations team Oversee day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance Provide expert technical accounting advice Apply relevant legislation & financial frameworks Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Manage workload prioritisation, ensure timely and accurate outcomes Perform financial analysis and data reconciliation using financial systems Lead process improvement initiatives and maintain financial policies Manage end-of-month processes including reconciliations, journals, and executive reporting Applicants must be Australian citizens to be considered for this role A pre-engagement check will be required before an offer of employment is made 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Financial Operations 3+ years of proven leadership in a finance team environment Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
