Customer Service / Administration

They are seeking an experienced administration / Customer Service person to join their dynamic and supportive team. • Responsibilities
• Processing sales orders & liaise with wholesale trade customers & manufacturers
• General office administration duties including generating and maintaining sales documentation, customer records, stock controls and reporting
• Raising purchase orders / keeping track of ETA's whilst maintaining customer excellence
• Outbound / inbound sales calls to further support our marketing efforts
• Processing payments
• Skills and experience

• Strong attention to detail, problem solving & time management
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office
• Must be reliable

This role would suit someone who can work within a small team. The successful applicant will be trained in all facets of their role as part of their induction and also have ongoing support from within the team.
