- Your key responsibilities include
- Develop a robust knowledge of the business in order to be able to provide advice and analysis to key stakeholders, including understanding of cost structures and drivers.
- Develop, monitor, analyse and report on the allocated budget for and revenue targets through key performance drivers.
- Assist in the development, co-ordination, monitoring and maintenance of the relevant service line financial management and systems.
- Provide confidential, effective and efficient budgetary and financial service and support to financial performance and relevant Management.
- Maintain a variety of cost objects in S / 4HANA including cost centres and internal orders in consultation with and on behalf of other directorates.
- Assist in the compilation of financial and non-financial reporting and other documents for Management including briefs and project documents.
To be successful you will need the following key competencies including :
Demonstrated ability or the ability to rapidly knowledge in the extraction and interpretation of data from Financial / Human Resource systems, preferably SAP (S / 4HANA) and DSS Necto.Demonstrated ability to prepare financial and human resource management reports to assist decisionmaking, including the ability to utilise relevant software.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven effective consultative, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills appropriate to an environment of change and evolution.How to applyPlease provide the following information to the panel to assess your suitability :
