Job descriptionPrevious experience with Switchboard Manufacturing Experience in cabling and terminations Previous experience in cutting, punching and bending busbar Current QLD Electrical Fitter licence Current QLD drivers licence and reliable car Current LVR / CPR certificate White card The ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high pressure environment The ability to read schematic diagrams Knowledge of wiring rules and regulations Ability to work autonomously in a team environment, and to be a good role model for apprentices Salary 38.00 - $42.00 per hour 8 hour shift Berrinba, QLD : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Experience Switchboard Building : 1 year (preferred) Electrical Fitters Licence (required) Forklift Licence (preferred) Driver Licence (preferred) Australia (preferred)
Switchboard Innovations (SBI) is currently seeking experienced Electrical Fitters for a workshop-based manufacturing position in Berrinba (Logan).
Monday to Friday work week (6am - 2 : 10pm) with overtime and weekend work available. 1 RDO accrued every 4 weeks. One 'LDO' (leisure day off) per month, provided by the company.
The role will involve dealing with the wiring and testing of electrical switchboards and control panels for :
- Industrial / Commercial MCC
- Pump Station Switchboards / SCADA Panels
- LV Main Switchboards
- Supply Authority Metering Panels
- Light & Power Distribution Switchboards
