About the Role :

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with an electrical background to step into a Junior Project Manager position. You’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and energy projects, working closely with site teams and senior project managers. With a strong foundation in electrical work, you’ll bring practical insight to project delivery while gaining hands-on experience in scheduling, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.

This role can be based anywhere in East Coast of Australia , with travel to project sites on 2 / 1 roaster.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking progress across all phases of the project
• Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to monitor daily operations and ensure timelines are met
• Maintain and organize project documentation including safety records, reports, and communications
• Assist in cost control, procurement coordination, and budget tracking
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, supporting reporting and updates to senior management
• Identify potential risks, delays, or issues and support solutions in coordination with the team
