Trainer & Assessor – Renewable Energy

Queensland | Full Time |  Solar & Battery Focus

We're looking for a qualified and passionate Trainer & Assessor to join our training division, delivering high-quality, nationally recognised training in solar, battery storage, and off-grid systems.

In this role, you'll work closely with the General Manager to deliver engaging training that meets VET and ASQA compliance standards , both online and face-to-face.

You'll also help support student success, coordinate enrolments, maintain training equipment, and stay up to date with evolving industry practices.

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver and assess accredited training in renewable energy (PV, batteries, off-grid systems)
• Provide online and in-class support to students and grade assessments
• Maintain training quality and compliance (RTO and ASQA requirements)
• Engage with students and stakeholders to boost enrolment and engagement
• Contribute to course development and continuous improvement
• Maintain industry currency and participate in hands-on experience as needed
