Job Description

Are you ready to bring your digital expertise into the world of Project Controls? We’re looking for a Project Controls Specialist to join our Energy & Natural Resources team in Perth, supporting major clients across mining, infrastructure, and clean energy. This role blends traditional project controls with modern digital tools, offering the chance to work on high-impact projects while shaping the future of project delivery.

What You’ll Do :

• Project Controls Delivery : Lead cost-focused project controls activities, ensuring accurate and timely outputs across a range of complex projects.
• Digital Reporting : Design, develop, and support digital reporting solutions using tools like Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Process Improvement : Analyst current workflows and recommend enhancements using data-driven insights and operational metrics.
• System Design & Integration : Conduct IT architecture reviews and configure data flows to support project and portfolio reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment and value delivery.
• Project Systems : Operate within platforms such as CMS, EcoSys, Acconex, PRISM, and contribute to WBS development and earned value analysis.
• Audit & Governance : Support project audits and reporting cycles, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
