Remote Area Nurses - FIFO (NT)

The Role

• Provide client access to medical advice, assessments and emergency response outside of clinic's opening hours (i.e. from 9pm – 8am ).
• Be part of an innovative model of after-hours service delivery in a remote setting
• Providing additional access to clinical services for advice and consultation in a very remote location
• The successful applicant will have to opportunity to be part of shaping, developing and evaluating a novel approach through a pilot program.

• Excellent Salary of $130,000 gross per annum + Superannuation

• Pro-rata entitlement to the annual Retention Allowance of $10,000
• Salary Packaging options : $15,900 per annum + $2,650 per annum in Meal & Entertainment
• All travel from place of residence, and accommodation are provided

About you

• Current AHPRA registration
• Triage Certificate
• Current BLS (annual), ALS (2 years), REC (or equivalent), recognised Immunisation Provider Certificate
• Point of Care & Pharmacotherapeutics
• Minimum 5 years broad nursing experience post registration with minimum 3 years working in a Primary Health related field in a remote context
• Current Driver Licence
• Current NT Working with Children Clearance
• Criminal History Check
