Job Description
The Business Development Manager responsibilities include :
Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow market share in the gelato FMCG sector.Providing technical support and specialist adviseBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to increase sales.Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective tracking of leads and conversions.Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients in a professional manner.Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Development Manager Should Have
Proven experience in gelato, pastry, or bakery with hands on technical expertiseExcellent communication and negotiation skills.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A valid driver's licence, as travel within Sydney and interstate is required.
