We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Office Administration All Rounder to join our team.
As an Office Administration All Rounder, you will work closely with the management team and provide essential support in various administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflowAssist in gathering and generating reports, presentations, and other documentation as requiredPerform accurate data entries into relevant systems and databasesProvide assistance to the Production Manager in maintaining quality control standardsHandle customer service calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issuesManage transport bookings, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveriesAssist in ordering production stock and maintaining inventory recordsSuccessfully multitask between various administrative tasks as assignedRequirementsMust be available to work on a casual basisProficiency in using Microsoft 365 apps, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointPrevious experience in an office administration or similar role is a mustExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to work collaboratively as well as independently to meet deadlinesPrior experience in a food manufacturing or wholesale industry is a plusFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demandsRDM Pizza Australia is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
