Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive office records of incoming and outgoing jobs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Administer quotes, purchase orders, and delivery notes with meticulous attention to detail, facilitating smooth transactions.
- Receive deliveries and efficiently coordinate their dispatch by :
- Packing orders according to specified purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Issuing shipping labels and delivery notes, and accurately measuring and weighing cartons for shipment booking.
- Monitor delivery dates for orders received, proactively ensuring timely fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Organise and meticulously maintain inventory to uphold accurate stock levels, facilitating efficient operations.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust, collaboration, and mutual benefit.
- Ensure all tasks are executed in strict adherence to the company's Quality Management System (QMS) standards, maintaining high levels of quality and consistency.Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
