Clinical Case Manager - Australia

VET.CT are looking for a dedicated part time Clinical Case Manager to join our fun and friendly Australian operations team. This role will require someone who is available for up to 4 days per week and 1 in 4 weekends.

This exciting and fast-moving role is vital in ensuring the efficient handling of veterinary cases and delivering on our company mission to make the veterinary world a better place.

Our brilliant operations team enjoy a varied day that includes : managing incoming requests via chat, phone and email, monitoring caseloads, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and our top team of prestigious veterinary radiologists and specialists around the world.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Live case management - handling incoming veterinary cases - including those of clinical urgency and delivering strong client support on a day-to-day basis
• Monitoring caseloads and communication systems
• Supporting our veterinary specialists via communication and collaboration
• Trouble-shooting image transfer and software platform usage (full training will be provided)
