This entry-level Financial Analyst role offers the unique opportunity to partner directly with field leaders, influencing real-time decision-making and shaping the future of a major business unit.As a Financial Analyst, you'll report to the Senior Finance Manager and serve as the go-to financial expert for a network of branch and district managers.

You'll not only analyze numbers, you'll deliver clear insights, drive planning processes, and help develop strategies that fuel operational success.What You'll DoBe the primary finance liaison for field leadership, resolving questions and delivering sharp, timely analysis.Lead forecasting efforts, running monthly scenario models to support dynamic market conditions.Drive monthly financial reviews, highlighting trends and uncovering opportunities for performance improvements.Support the annual budget process, contributing to strategic planning at the local and regional levels.Oversee and audit incentive compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and transparency.Execute a variety of high-impact ad hoc analyses, including new location budgets, fleet impact reviews, and leasehold evaluations.Prepare and process month-end journal entries to align inter- and intra-branch results.Who You AreA recent graduate or early-career professional (0-3 years of experience) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.A sharp thinker with a passion for data and a natural drive to understand how numbers tell a story.An effective communicator who enjoys teaching and presenting financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by solving problems and taking initiative.Experienced with Excel and capable of learning financial systems quickly.Willing to travel periodically for hands-on business collaboration.Why This Role?This position is a launchpad into operational finance where your work will be seen, felt, and appreciated across a major business territory.
