• The Role

Due to our ongoing growth, we have created a new position for a Financial Analyst to join our team and support the Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic FMCG business and function as a true business partner. You will collaborate closely with internal departments on various analytical, reporting, compliance, and business advisory tasks. This is a full-time role based at our head office in Banyo, Brisbane.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy.
• Management report preparation and analysis on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Partner with business units to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives and decision-making, including scenario analysis.
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting
• About You
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Members of CA / CPA / CFA or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis within a large FMCG environment would be high regarded.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Bi
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships across distinct functions within the business.
