About The OpportunityAlchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a leading mining service provider to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their growing FP&A team on a permanent basis.This role is based in Nambour and will require the successful applicant to be based in the office 5 days a week.What You Will Do : Act as the key liaison between corporate finance and operations, ensuring accurate and consistent financial communication.Develop and maintain financial models to track costs, profitability, and key performance indicators, supported by insightful analysis.Support month-end, quarter-end, and audit processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including project management, procurement, payroll, and finance—to support effective cost tracking and billing.Drive process improvements to strengthen financial reporting, internal controls, and system efficiency.Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting while building strong relationships with site teams through regular engagement.What You Will Bring : Qualifications in accounting or financeCPA or CA designation (or working toward one) highly regardedPrevious experience in a similar FP&A roleStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilityExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approachHow To ApplyIf you have the required qualifications & looking to secure your next career move, we want to hear from you.
