This position is pivotal in increasing consumer voice through the encouragement of consumer feedback, including enquiries, complaints and compliments.

This role works in collaboration with the Manager Consumer Engagement to support timely responses to enquiries and complaints from the most appropriate areas of Royal Darwin and Palmerston Hospital.
