Maintenance Supervisor

You will be responsible for providing quality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of Holy Spirit, Croydon

• To be successful : _
• Trade experience appropriate to the position
• Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care
• Ability to provide technical advice and produce technical reports
• Ability to provide works costs estimates and understanding of financial budgets
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be flexible
• Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
• Ability to prioritise and be organised
• Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
• Must be able to provide evidence of Flu Vaccination.
