Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement? WesTrac is seeking an experienced WIP Shed Supervisor to manage our designated store in Western Australia.
Reporting to the Area Manager - Service Efficiency & Innovation the WIP Shed Supervisor role will support the Component rebuild centre (CRC) in the management of WIP movement and storage across the Guildford facility. The WIP Shed Supervisor is responsible for the daily management, leadership, support and mentoring of the WIP controllers, ensuring a high level of safety focus with actions that support a belief in a zero-harm culture. In addition, there will be a heavy focus on continuous improvement within the area.
It is a dynamic role that will require a well-rounded skill set with experience in supervising a team, warehouse / WIP management and continuous improvement methodologies.
