We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented

• Architectural Draftsperson"
• to join our team.
• Experience
• Architecture or relevant degree;
• A minimum of 2 years of local experience in independently managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Familiar with R-Code, NCC and relevant Australian Standards;
• Well-experienced in Development Approval, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Tender Package and Contract Administration;
• Well-experienced in multi-residential and mixed-use projects from small to medium scale.
• Skills
• A Revit expert also familiar with Autocad;
• Strong construction knowledge for residential and commercial projects;
• Familiar with building material specifications and installation manual;
• Exceptional 3D rendering skill;
• Strong Photoshop and Indesign knowledge show advanced graphic presentation skills;
• Familiar with using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Projects ;
• Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure.
