Senior Mortgage Broker

About our client

A mid-sized Financial Advisory is searching for a Senior Mortgage Broker to run their Lending division with a huge number of clients coming from the Financial Advisers this role will attract a person who likes to help clients with to help their clients with lending solutions.

About the role

Working autonomously in this firm you will have advisers supply you with quality leads. This division manages 400 Loans.- Quality leads coming from Advisers

Clear progression model

Process loans, service clients and look after their long standing clients in the Geelong Area

Refinancing, employee PAYG, self-employed (know how to read tax returns), activatively calling clients, reviewing rates, nurturing opportunities, growing lending.

work Bellarine and Surf coast and build network in this area

with an admin support person to assist with data entry and other administrative duties

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management or equivalent required at a minimum. Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management preferred.

Experience in AFG Aggregator network desired but not essential

Current MFAA or FBAA Member

Strong work ethic with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and compliance
