If you are successful and you can keep up with the pace, you could be the lead mortgage broker supporting Domaine Homes and their customers to help finance the new homes. • ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes :

• Certificate IV or Diploma of Financial Services & Mortgage Broking
• Highly motivated to achieve results and delight your customers
• You are reliable with the ability to operate autonomously and work within a team
• A high level of professionalism and personal presentation at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills enhancing you to deal effectively with business partners and customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure and volume environment
• Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office and Google Platform)
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Home Loan Lender or mortgage broker is ideal and well versed in construction finance.
