Role Overview : We are seeking entrepreneurial, self-motivated mortgage brokers who are looking to operate as subcontractors. This is not an employee role, nor a franchise, but an opportunity to run your own business with the full support of FutureSett's established brand, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities : Guide clients through their property and finance journeys, helping them achieve their ambitions and dreams. Utilize FutureSett's pre-built processes and systems to manage client relationships, lead funnels, and loan writing with efficiency and precision. Operate with full autonomy over your schedule, volume, and client interactions. Provide exceptional service and build long-term client relationships. Leverage mentorship from experienced brokers to refine your skills and grow your business. Qualifications : Diploma in Finance and Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking. Accreditation with Connective (or willingness to become a credit representative). An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and manage your own business. Proactive, process-driven, and committed to client success. Ability to manage your own operational costs while benefiting from FutureSett's established infrastructure and support.
