An exciting creative events agency based in Melbourne, this client thrives on creating sensational events with a difference. With a client base in the Education, Automotive, sport financial and corporate space, this client is known for creating activations and events that wow audiences.
The RoleThe Production Coordinator role will assist the events team with all elements of pitching, planning and event execution. This role will also own and manage smaller events with guidance from an Event Manager.
Key Responsibilities include;Assisting with the coordination of operations and logistics with vendors, personnel and suppliers.Assist with Office Administration, Marketing, and Financial supportEnsure all company processes and procedures are adhered toEnsure all projects are delivered on budget in a timely mannerwith all supporting documentation
