Job descriptionMaintain demand forecasts for the business and drive forecast accuracy performance targets Contribute to business growth and strategy by identifying areas of improvement and recommending process and forecasting solutions Monitor, analyse and report on sales performance and adjust forecasts accordingly Provide input via data analytics and recommendations for customers Establish demand forecasts for new product introductions Contribute to business growth and strategy by identifying areas of improvement and recommending process and forecasting solutions Liaise and build external relationships with the supply planning teams of key retail customer Work closely and indirectly communicate and influence team members to ensure procurement, inventory control and warehousing processes are aligned Conduct oneself during work hours in accordance with Country Chef company values, policies and procedures Previous Food / FMCG, Supply Chain, or Distribution experience is preferred Inventory management experience Understanding of Inventory Management within a retail environment Exceptional stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planner to improve the accuracy of demand plan and to increase customer service levels and increased efficiency of the supply chain. You will be directly responsible for demand / supply forecasting and production planning. This is a Permanent Full-Time position, based in Kunda Park, QLD.
