The Opportunity Our Gepps Cross Manufacturing Plant are currently seeking an experienced Downstream Planner - Master Production Scheduler to be based inAdelaide, South Australia.Utilizing your proven experience, you will play a key role as you enjoy a new career challenge within a growing section of Schneider.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management : Monitoring inventory levels of both raw materials and finished goods, aiming to minimize stock outs and overstocking.Participating in the S&OP process to align production plans with sales forecasts and overall business objectives.Develop and maintain production schedules considering machine capacity and resource availability.Analyze and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Forecast demand and align production plans accordingly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and logistics.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.Utilize ERP / MRP systems to manage and optimize production planning processes.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management : A solid understanding of the overall production process is important.About You 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or supply chain.Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems.Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.Advanced / Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview.
