We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Optimisation Manager to lead the execution of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies for our clients.

Reporting to the Optimisation Director, this role is pivotal in managing key client accounts while also leading a team responsible for implementing and delivering best-in-class optimisation initiatives.

This role requires a strong mix of client engagement, strategic leadership, and operational execution, ensuring optimisation initiatives align with business objectives while maintaining seamless delivery.

Your Responsibilities : Oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring that testing strategies and data-driven insights are effectively translated into measurable business outcomes Hands-on involvement in implementing and executing CRO initiatives, making sure that testing programs are effectively managed from hypothesis creation to post-test analysis Work closely with UX designers, developers, and analysts to implement tests and optimise user journeys.

Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand and leverage CRO strategies to drive business growth.

Bring innovative optimisation ideas and emerging technologies to the team and clients.

Your Expertise : Relevant experience in a similar role in a media or digital agency Previous experience in CRO, A / B testing, personalisation, or UX optimisation.

Hands-on experience with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimise) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

Strong understanding of UX principles, testing methodologies, and customer journey optimisation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
